SERVICES MAINTENANCE
Managing your Maintenance
The vast majority of our residents only see the physical (bricks and mortar) side of maintenance being undertaken in their homes or on their estates (for instance cleaning, gardening, and general repairs). Many often forget about the accompanying services such as insurance, supply of electricity to communal areas, Health and Safety inspections and Fire Risk Assessment. All of which may be required to be provided.

Maintenance is a significant expense for clients and service users. Financial prudence and value for money are a pivotal part of our operation and have to be exercised at all times. Housing organisations need to have informed choices in order to achieve objective conclusions.

We recognise that residents require all services to be carried out to an appropriate standard, timely and with the minimum of fuss, and in a cost-effective manner. Our housing officers make sure that these objectives are achieved, visiting each of our developments periodically to check on the standard of work carried out by contractors and service providers.
